Getting Started

Yes, we offer translation services to both individuals and businesses. Individuals’ documents that we translate include, but are not limited to, birth certificates, marriage contracts, school and university reports and certificates, driving licenses, passports and residency stamps, title deeds and many others.

A translation with judicial verification is performed by a translator appointed by the Ministry of Justice. The certified translator guarantees that the translated content is identical to the original. The original document, or copy of the original document, is securely fastened to the certified translation and the translator’s signature and seal appear on the translation as well. A certified translation is usually required when the translation is intended for use with local or foreign government bodies as embassies, ministries, state offices, courts, insurance companies, medical institutions, schools, universities, etc.

The translation fee includes both the translation of the text and its review. A translator who is qualified for a specific topic performs the translation and the translation is reviewed by a native speaker or an excellent speaker of the target language.

The cost of the translation is influenced by four factors: the source and target languages, the word content and subject matter of the source text as well as the final format of the target text.

A standard page contains 200 words.

The process is determined by the format of the text you send us for translation. If the text is received in an uneditable format, we will first convert it to an editable format and then calculate the number of standard pages based on the number of words. We calculate the translation fee based on the latter.

Yes. The rate per word for translations performed between a given language combination differs. This is a supply and demand process, and typically, the more translators there are for a given language combination, the lower the rate.

We provide translations into and from the majority of European and world languages. We collaborate with over 1000 translators world wide and translate into 85 different languages. Please contact us if you require a translation into any language combination and we will do our best to find the appropriate translator.

You can send us the text for translation through our website, email, regular mail or in person. From computer files to paper documents, we accept all types of documents and files.

We always strive to please the customer, and when time is of the essence, we complete translations in record time. We will send you an offer indicating the timeline for completion of the project within one hour of receiving your request. However, the time required for the translation itself is determined by a number of factors, including the text’s complexity, the number of translation materials, the language combination, and so on.

Every translation is backed up by our guarantee quality assurance and, if needed, design production services.

Legal entities pay the invoice after the translation services are completed. Unless otherwise agreed, the payment period is 10 days. Individuals pay the bill before the translation. The service can be paid for using PayPal, e-banking, or the traditional payment slip. Translation services begin as soon as we receive payment or a payment receipt sent to us via e-mail.
